About the role
BlackSky is hiring a Senior Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) Engineer to lead satellite and subsystem test operations for its real-time geospatial intelligence satellite constellation: designing test setups, maintaining automated test equipment, writing test procedures, executing satellite-level assessments, and supporting launch campaigns.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent), 3+ years in a production environment (space hardware preferred), ability to read engineering drawings, and US citizenship to meet ITAR requirements. Occasional domestic/international travel for launch support. On-site in Tukwila, WA, five days per week.
