About the role
Striveworks is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic Systems to design, build, and optimize LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows on its Chariot platform, collaborating with customers and engineering teams to integrate AI systems with external APIs and enterprise data, and to build evaluation frameworks for agent performance.
Requires a BS in computer science/ML, 6+ years of relevant experience, LLM agent design and RAG experience, strong Python/ML library proficiency, and eligibility for a Secret security clearance as a US citizen (an existing clearance is preferred but not required). Up to 20% travel; remote or hybrid in Austin, TX.
