About the role
Hyliion is hiring an Advanced Engineer, Combustion Aerodynamics, as a hands-on technical contributor to the research, testing, and development program for its KARNO generator's reactor and oxidation system, executing combustion aerodynamics test campaigns and analyzing experimental and simulation data.
Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, 5+ years of professional engineering experience including hands-on combustion testing, lab instrumentation, or system development, and experience with ANSYS Fluent/CFX and 1D reactor network models in CANTERA or CHEMKIN. Fully onsite in Milford, Ohio.
