About the role
Hyliion, which develops distributed power generators (the KARNO Power Module) for a range of fuel sources, is hiring a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to own the manufacturing engineering function across its Cedar Park, TX headquarters/production site and Milford, OH R&D operations, bridging engineering design and scalable, repeatable production.
Requires 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with progressive scope, 3+ years directly managing an engineering team in a manufacturing/production setting, experience taking products from prototype into scaled production, and the ability to build PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions from scratch. On-site in Cedar Park with roughly monthly travel to Milford, OH.
