About the role
Hyliion is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to design assembly lines, fixtures, and material flow systems that convert KARNO Power Module prototype and development builds into repeatable, documented production processes at its Cedar Park, TX site.
Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering (or related field), hands-on experience designing assembly and inspection fixtures in 3D CAD with understanding of datum strategy and tolerance stack-up, and experience owning the full design of assembly lines or workstations from concept through production qualification. On-site in Cedar Park five days a week, with up to 30% travel.
