About the role

Solestial is hiring a Chemical Process Engineer to develop and scale electroplating and wet chemical processes for its space-based solar cell manufacturing, maintaining existing copper plating operations while leading development of new nickel and gold plating processes. The role also supports wastewater treatment systems and works with Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, and Product Development to improve yield, throughput, and reliability. Requires a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field, with experience in electrochemical, electroplating, or wet-chemistry manufacturing processes. On-site in Tempe, AZ.
