About the role
Roche/Genentech is hiring a Clinical Lab Scientist I (CDx) in Tucson, AZ to perform high-complexity laboratory testing within a CAP/CLIA diagnostics laboratory supporting clinical trials. The role monitors performance of IHC, ISH, molecular assays, and immunoassays, executes biological sample accessioning (blood, plasma, tissue), evaluates quality control and test results against acceptance criteria, investigates laboratory failures and assists root-cause analysis, and performs routine instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, all under CAP/CLIA and ISO 15189 regulatory requirements.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline and hands-on laboratory experience with IHC, ISH, histology workflows, immunoassays, or molecular biology techniques.
