Arinale Biosciences, Inc. is hiring a CRISPR Screening Technician for full-time, in-person laboratory work in New York, NY. The technician will independently manage the complete CRISPR screening workflow: designing and constructing sgRNA expression libraries, producing high-titer lentivirus, executing low-MOI transductions with antibiotic selection, FACS-based cell sorting, mammalian cell culture maintenance, genomic DNA isolation, and NGS library preparation, while coordinating with sequencing and bioinformatics partners. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics or a related field (Master's preferred), with 1-6+ years of hands-on lentiviral production, pooled CRISPR screening, and flow cytometry/FACS experience depending on level. Standout candidates have experience with genome-wide libraries (Brunello, GeCKO), screen-analysis pipelines (MAGeCK, BAGEL), CRISPRi/CRISPRa, or Python/R scripting.
