About the role
The Montaner Lab in the HIV Cure and Viral Diseases Center at the Wistar Institute in Philadelphia is hiring a Postdoctoral Fellow to advance NK-cell-based immunotherapy research. The lab's work spans regulation of NK and innate immunity, the interface between HIV reservoir persistence and immune detection, and strategies for controlling HIV-1 infection, combining virological and immune system research with community partnerships, clinical trials research, and laboratory infection models.
Requires a PhD or equivalent with strong expertise in NK biology, HIV virology, cellular immunology, and molecular/cellular biology; experience with bioinformatics, microscopy, or flow cytometry is an asset.
