18-month Post-Doctoral Research Assistant post (UOD2285) in Biological Sciences at the University of Dundee, part of the Ciulli/Farnaby CONTROL-MITO team. The role performs biophysical and structural characterisation of novel bifunctional chemical probes, including BromoTag/BromoCatch-dTag chimeric molecules, using protein expression/purification, X-ray crystallography, cryo-EM/NMR, and biophysical assays (TR-FRET, AlphaLISA, SPR, ITC, NanoBRET) — paired with the medicinal chemistry postdoc (UOD2284) on the same project.
