About the role

A fixed-duration postdoctoral position (typically 2 years, extendable up to 4) at Eli Lilly supporting materials and polymer science research within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities include characterizing material properties, investigating degradation mechanisms, running pharmaceutical-compatibility studies, and authoring technical reports covering characterization, evaluation, and qualification of materials used across Lilly's manufacturing platforms. Requires a PhD in Materials Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a related field, a record of peer-reviewed publications/conference presentations, and US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
