Forschungszentrum Jülich (Helmholtz Association) is hiring a postdoc in Systems Neuroscience / Computational Neurology, under Prof. Dr. Silvia Daun, to investigate how neural information processing in the human motor system is impaired by (non-)pathological aging. Work involves developing computational models of motor control using cross-species and cross-scale data, analyzing behavioral and kinematic data from humans and mice, processing neuroimaging data (fMRI, EEG, TMS), and publishing findings.
Pay follows German public-service collective agreement grade EG 13 TVöD-Bund. Application deadline is November 5, 2026, with a start date "to the next possible date."
