About the role
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's Sethi Lab is recruiting a postdoctoral fellow in computational cancer biology, studying cell-state plasticity in cancer initiation, progression, and therapeutic resistance with a focus on gastrointestinal cancers. The fellow will work with existing datasets and experimental systems while having freedom to pursue independent hypotheses, performing computational analysis, collaborating with experimental scientists, and mentoring junior trainees.
Applicants must hold a PhD, MD, or MD/PhD with expertise in a quantitative or computational field (computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, statistics, computer science, or systems/cancer biology). Preferred experience includes single-cell RNA-seq, epigenomic analysis, spatial transcriptomics, or multimodal data integration.
