About the role
The Ghobrial Lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is recruiting a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Computational Biology, focused on multiple myeloma. The fellow will develop and validate statistical and machine learning methods for high-dimensional biological data, design predictive models integrating multi-omic and clinical datasets (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, spatial transcriptomics, single-cell data) to forecast drug response, and collaborate with computational, clinical, and experimental teams to translate findings into actionable insights.
Candidates should hold a PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, statistics, computer science, or a related field (or an MD with 2-3 years of relevant experience), with strong Python/R programming skills and a background in cancer biology or immunology preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible start date.
