About the role

This postdoctoral scholar position is in the Uzun Lab at Penn State College of Medicine's Department of Pediatrics in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The lab works on systems biology, epigenetic gene regulation, single-cell genomics and cancer biology, and the role splits evenly between biomedical data analysis and new method development, with the remainder devoted to scholarly activities. Candidates need a PhD in computer science, mathematics, statistics or a related quantitative field; life-sciences PhDs with computational experience are also welcome. Prior experience processing single-cell genomics data is a plus. This is an on-site, in-person position with no remote option.
