About the role
The Helmholtz Association, via the DZNE in Bonn, is hiring a postdoctoral researcher for its Laboratory Automation Technologies Facility, supporting spatial imaging research into Parkinson's disease. The fellow will develop and optimize quantitative spatial imaging workflows, run automated immunofluorescence protocols, validate antibodies, and design image-analysis pipelines in collaboration with the facility team.
A PhD in biology, neuroscience, bioinformatics, or a related field is required, along with hands-on immunohistochemistry/immunofluorescence experience and programming proficiency in MATLAB or Python (SQL a plus). This is a full-time, fixed-term position.
