Nurix Therapeutics is hiring a Principal Engineer, Pharmaceutical Development to own the hands-on engineering that turns a promising molecule into a manufacturable drug product, leading process development, scale-up, and CDMO operations for late-stage clinical and commercial programs. The role manages technology transfer, conducts process optimization studies (QBD/DOE), coordinates manufacturing across sites, and provides person-in-plant support for drug product manufacturing, ensuring regulatory compliance with FDA/EMA standards.
Ideal candidates hold a PhD in chemical engineering with 8+ years of late-phase drug product experience (or equivalent with an advanced degree), including GMP oral solid dose manufacturing and third-party CDMO management, with willingness to travel up to 25%. The role is based onsite in Brisbane, California.
