Responsibilities include designing, implementing and benchmarking computational models, building and maintaining open-source software and web resources, and running and analysing experiments. Requires a PhD and experience in bioinformatics or computational biology, expertise in protein sequence/structure analysis and machine learning, strong Python and Linux skills, deep-learning knowledge, and experience with large-scale datasets and web-based tool development.
