About the role

Five Post-Doctoral Research Associate positions in the School of Informatics at the University of Edinburgh, part of the SOFAIR Lab (funded by UKRI) under Professors Frank Keller, Mirella Lapata, Amos Storkey and Ivan Titov. Researchers will develop new fundamental AI modelling and learning methods that go beyond standard transformers, focusing on modular, compositional and compute-adaptive language model architectures, with dedicated access to the IsambardAI supercomputer. Fixed-term for 14 months, full-time with part-time considered, hybrid working available, visa sponsorship offered, plus international conference travel funding.
