About the role
Postdoctoral Data Scientist position based at the Old Road Campus, University of Oxford, analyzing multiomic prostate cancer data to identify features enabling integration with more limited data from clinical trials, in order to uncover genetic patterns related to treatment response. Applicants should have completed, or be near completion of, a PhD/DPhil in mathematics, statistics, computer science, bioinformatics, physics, engineering or a related field, with strong programming, machine learning, and data analysis skills; experience with ML for tabular data, sequencing bioinformatics tools, and cancer biology knowledge is desirable. Fixed-term through 31 December 2027, with remote work possible subject to manager approval.
