Newcastle University's Centre for In Vivo Imaging (CIVI) is hiring a Research Associate in Magnetic Resonance Physics, fixed-term until 30 June 2029, to design and deliver clinical research in MRI and spectroscopy using two 3.0T research-dedicated Philips scanners with pulse programming and advanced scan capabilities, including multinuclear imaging/spectroscopy (19F, 23Na, 31P, 13C, 7Li). The post-holder works alongside a principal investigator and a multi-disciplinary team of scientists and clinicians, developing and supporting studies spanning brain and body function/metabolism.
