About the role
Nurix Therapeutics is hiring a Senior Scientist to lead in vitro screening and pharmacological characterization of Degrader Antibody Conjugates (DACs), which combine antibody targeting with targeted protein degradation. The role independently designs cell-based assays to assess target engagement and degradation activity, maintains mammalian cell lines, manages the screening cascade from initial testing through candidate selection, and interprets data to drive go/no-go decisions in collaboration with discovery, chemistry, and analytical teams. Requires a PhD with 4+ years (or MS with 8+ years) of post-graduate industry experience in in vitro pharmacology and ideally DAC/ADC characterization. Onsite in Brisbane, CA.
