Data Scientist Submission Data and Content Generation & Reuse (AIDCG) - Pharma R&D

Roche is hiring a Senior IT Data Scientist for its Clinical Submission Data and Content Generation & Reuse (AIDCG) group in Hyderabad, part of Pharma R&D's effort to modernize the creation and management of clinical data and regulatory submission assets. The role leads, develops, and implements data-driven solutions to complex business problems, independently identifying analytical opportunities and building, testing, and deploying predictive models using machine learning techniques within a highly regulated GxP environment. The team builds specialized AI agents that assist data scientists across the clinical data lifecycle, requiring expertise in generative AI, multi-agent architectures (e.g., LangGraph), graph-based retrieval-augmented generation (GraphRAG), and LLMOps, with a focus on improving quality and reducing authoring timelines for regulatory submissions.
